Our company complies with the legal obligations for the protection of personal data, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Personal Data Processing Act No. 110/2019 Coll. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to sufficiently protect personal data.

No unauthorized person has access to the personal data we have collected from you, and we do not share this data with other entities without your prior information and consent, unless required by law or necessary for the performance of the contract or the provision of our services.

Your personal data is not passed on to third parties and is not sent outside of the Czech Republic or to international organizations or others.

Terms and Conditions

Personal data - all information about a natural person, such as name, surname, address, birthdate, phone number, email address, etc.

Data subject - any natural person to whom the personal data relates.

Data controller - any natural or legal person who manages or processes personal data.

Processing of personal data - any operation or set of operations related to personal data, such as collecting, storing, modifying, using, etc.

Consent to the processing of personal data - a voluntary, specific, informed, and unequivocal indication of the wishes of the data subject, allowing the processing of their personal data. The data subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time without providing a reason. The data controller is obligated to terminate the processing of personal data for the specified purpose without undue delay unless it conflicts with legal requirements, compliance with a legal obligation, the performance of a contract, or the legitimate interest of the data controller.

 

Rights of Data Subjects

Right to Information

You have the right to request that our organization inform you about which personal data we process about you, to what extent, for what purpose, and whether there are any other recipients or categories of recipients of that personal data. We will provide you with this information free of charge within a period of up to 30 days or, in exceptional cases, within a period of up to 90 days, but we will notify you of this.

If you request disclosure of information we hold about you, we must first verify that you are indeed the person to whom the information belongs. Therefore, please provide sufficient identification of yourself in your request.

We also reserve the right to refuse requests for information that are unreasonable or excessively repetitive, or that would require an unreasonable effort to obtain, or that would be difficult to retrieve (usually from backup systems, archives, etc.).

Right to update data, right to rectification

Since personal data can change over time (e.g., change of surname, address), we would appreciate it if you inform us of any changes. This includes your right to correct the personal data we hold about you. If you find that the data is no longer up to date, you have the right to request correction.

Right to object

If you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of the applicable law, you have the right to object, and we will then investigate the validity of your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority for data protection, the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochor 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic.

Right to Erasure, Withdrawal of Consent for the Processing of Personal Data

If you have given us consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, and we will delete the data that we process solely based on your consent. The right to erasure does not apply to data processed in the context of a contractual obligation, legal reasons, or legitimate interests.

The Data Processor uses the services of a contractual partner, FullP, s.r.o., ID 07990120, with its registered office at Ostrovní 124/21, 110 00 Prague, who may process the Personal Data of the Data Subjects within the scope of providing contractual marketing and promotional services, including web administration, but only in accordance with the criteria and principles outlined above. In this case, it only uses its contractual employees for processing activities and is required to comply with all policies and technical data security in accordance with applicable law.

Conditions for processing, storing, and deleting personal data.

Personal data of the data subjects stored based on legal obligations will be deleted after the expiration of the legal period during which the data controller is required to retain such data.

Personal data processed based on the consent of the data subject will be retained for a maximum of 5 years from the date of consent. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the data will be immediately deleted.

Personal data processed for other purposes will be immediately deleted once the processing for that specific purpose has been completed.

Information about privacy and the internet

Cookies

When you visit our website, you are informed that we use technology to collect and store information by placing cookies on your device. Cookies are small text files that we do not send or process in any way. Cookies do not collect personal information, but without them, we cannot provide full functionality.

Analysis and Statistics 

We monitor and analyze the website using Google Analytics. None of the data we analyze using this service contains your personal information.

Sending newsletters to your email 

The buyer agrees to receive additional information about the purchased goods or provided services via email, including informational emails about the ownership of the QRP application and email newsletters (no more than once a week). To make the information as useful as possible, we will take into account your purchase history in addition to your email address. We process your personal data for marketing purposes for a period of 10 years. You can withdraw this consent at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of each email, by sending an email to info@levit.bike, or by writing to our headquarters. The same conditions apply if you subscribe to emails on our website or e-shop.
